Follow this procedure to edit a customer's secondary contact information.

Enter (or overwrite) information for the following fields: Also Known as, Address lines, City, State, Zip, email, Phones, or Phone Type. |

Click 'Save' to update changes and return to the Case At A Glance page. |
Notes:
Primary (FLORIDA) Contact Information cannot be overwritten or changed. Only a change or update on the FLORIDA system will update this information within OSST.
Secondary contact information will not be overwritten by FLORIDA.
A business phone or relative's phone can be entered as an alternate point of contact.
