Deferrals

A deferral may be added for a customer if they have a medical reason for why they are unable to work.  To complete this page, you need to supply physician information that verifies their medical excuse.

Click on  the Alternative Plan tab on Case Detail.

Click the 'Add' button on the Deferrals tab.

Select the Reason for the Deferral from the drop down list box.

Respond to the question, 'Was Medical Verification Received?'

Respond to the question, 'Was SSI/SSDI application filed?'

Respond to the question, 'Is customer enrolled on an SAMH Outpatient Treatment Program?'

Enter a Deferral Begin Date.

Enter an Anticipated Deferral End Date.

Enter an Initial Follow-up Date.
