The Case History keeps a running history of the actions/change in status of a case. Specifically, this history keeps a log of when the case has been Opened, Closed or Transferred. The Case History also identifies the status of the case at the time the action was performed.
Action Column: This would explain the type of action taken on the case (for example: reassigned, closed, reopened or transferred).
Date Column: This gives the date the action was taken
Status Column: This shows the status of the case at the time the action was taken.
Reason / Description Column: Gives the reason the action was taken, or a description of the action.
Caseworker: This lists the caseworker who performed the specific action taken.
