To access the history of cash benefits paid to a customer through the FLORIDA system, follow these steps:

Click the 'Benefit Info' hyperlink on the Control Panel. |

Enter a start date for the request. |

Enter an end date if not entered, it will be defaulted to the current day. |

Click the submit button to send the request. |
The data will be displayed 12 records per screen starting with the most current. If more than 12 records exist, there is a previous button to move backwards through the record set. When clicking anywhere off pop-up window, it will close automatically
